Thirty-three of Jonathan's plays have been produced at site-specific locations, schools and theatres across the country including 27 Ways I Didn't Say “Hi” to Laurence Fishburne (Actors Theatre of Louisville - Humana Festival, Milwaukee Rep - RepLab), Grandpa and the Gay Rabbi (Winner – 2016 Samuel French Off-Off Broadway Play Festival), 30K Arabian Nights (San Jose Rep - SJREAL), The Legend(s) of Sleepy Hollow and The Giant and the Pixie (Chance Theater). Jonathan is the Executive Director of Unbound Productions, an immersive theatre company based in Los Angeles, and is one of the co-creators of Wicked Lit, History Lit and Mystery Lit. Unbound has produced many of his adaptations including The Legend of Sleepy Hollow, The Chimes, A Ghost Story, The New Catacomb, Las Llaronas, The Grove of Rashomon and Anansi and the Demons for Wicked Lit; as well as The Garden Party and The Girl Who Owned a Bear for History Lit. These adaptations have also been produced by theatres and schools across the U.S. as well as England, Scotland and Cameroon. Jonathan received an Individual Artist Award from the Pasadena Arts Council to create the Sherlock Holmes mash-up Holmes, Sherlock and The Consulting Detective (world premiere at LA Arboretum, 2017), is a five-time Finalist for Actors Theatre of Louisville's Heideman Award and has been named a Finalist for the O'Neill National Playwrights Conference.
