Kathleen Clark's plays, Southern Comforts and Secrets of a Soccer Mom, were produced off-Broadway and are presented widely throughout the US and Canada. Prior to the New York production at Primary Stages, Southern Comforts was produced at the Coconut Grove Playhouse with Hal Holbrook and Dixie Carter.  Her play, Awilda, a semifinalist for the 2014 Eugene O'Neill National Playwrights Conference, had a summer 2015 reading at the Berkshire Theatre Festival, directed by Jayne Atkinson. A comedy, The Way We Dance, was read at the NJ Repertory Theatre in the fall of 2015. Her comedy, In The Mood, was produced at the Berkshire Theatre Festival. Ms. Clark was a finalist for the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize and has twice been selected to attend the Eugene O'Neill National Playwrights Conference with her plays, Southern Comforts and Banner. A new play, Let's Live A Little, will be produced at Tucson's Invisible Theatre in April, 2017. She lives in Leonia, NJ, with her husband, Richard Frankel.  For further information, go to kathleenclarkplaywright.com
