Summary
This is Anouilh's version of the Orpheus and Eurydice legend. Two lonely people are thrown suddenly together, and they realize immediately that they are eternally in love. But their love is destined to end in tragedy, in a bus accident and later in the same way Orpheus ended with Eurydice.
