A free adaptation of Havel's classic first play, The Garden Party.

Officials of the Offices for Opening are at war with those from the Offices for Closing. Hugo Pludek, caught in the middle of their power struggle, is entrusted with a special task: to build a new office for 'The Central Commission for Opening and Closing'.
