Summary
From the author of Green Grow the Lilacs comes another play set in Oklahoma territory. During Prohibition, Blackmore is "dry" country where a man named Jude runs a "domino club". When showgirl Toni Devereau comes to town to play a one-night stand, she recognizes Jude as the man who walked out on her 12 years ago to avoid a robbery and murder rap. When a local no-good tries to cash in on his past, Jude with the help of Toni manages a chance to begin again.
