Summary
Who is the mysterious Cookie Lady? Why do all the kids in town hang out at her house? That's what all the village grown-ups want to know. The Town Baker suspects that the answer is in the Cookie Lady's magical cookies, a secret ingredient that could make him a millionaire. But how can he get to the bottom of the mystery when the kids won't talk?
