CASTING

KELLER - mid-forties but looking older, this man is a nervously efficient man of little intellect. Rural by nature, he has been forced into a minor executive position that although not to his liking is his only excuse for remaining alive.

WILLIAM - 20-30, this man is efficient but lacks inner strength. He is a good follower but has been forced into the role of leader.

MARION - 20-30, this woman is living on the razor's edge of hysteria. Her every action is based in fear, not of death but of living.

SARA - Thirty years old, this woman is unbendable, unbreakable and determined to survive. Nothing can stop this woman and she is the main core of strength for this family. In spite of what she is forced to do, she is worth of admiration.

CARTER - same age as Willaim, this man is alarmingly congenial, quiet and at the same time threatening in that he always appears to know what everyone else is thinking.

ELIZABETH - same age as Marion, this woman is emotionally a mirror image of Sara and her every word holds a silent threat.
