Details

Summary
In this funny, eccentric and ultimately chilling monologue play, a young woman explains to us in increasingly lurid detail the complex sexual and emotional entanglements she has imagined between the face cards in her deck of cards. And along the way, we begin to see that her richly imagined erotic world of the four Queens and their lovers somehow explains the larger world to her, helps her cope with it, and has led to a shocking conclusion. A very good role for a smart, funny young actress.
