Three nieces are forced to live with her and suffer her meanness, always fearful that some weird shadow will take form and harm them. How right they are! The awesome Baron Samedi, voodoo guardian of the graveyards, has selected one niece to be his bride. As the sound of drums echoes in the swamps, the nieces fight hard to keep their sanity. This isn't easy, with a servant practicing bizarre rites and bloodied footprints on the carpet. The suspense builds to an exciting climax when Baron Samedi appears and demands his spouse.
