Summary

In Los Angeles during the early 1960s, Bill and Marie Horton throw a holiday party at their home in the Wilshire. Against the backdrop of the Civil Rights movement, on the eve of the Watts Rebellion, Bill, a parking valet, and Marie, a former showgirl, live very comfortably in the middle class, believing they are beyond the struggles of the movement.
