Chessman

Overview

Four actors portraying the various aspects of Caryl Chessman relive his life as they await execution on Death Row. Chessman is doomed to die, not for murder, as most people think, but for breaking the now defunct Lindbergh Law, which calls for death to anyone kidnapping persons across the state line. Chessman, a petty criminal with a brilliant erratic mind fights for his life while on Death Row for twelve agonizing years.
