The Wrath of God

Overview

Jason Rafferty, a small time gangster, has escaped from prison. Despite the fact that the building is surrounded by police, he manages to slip into the apartment of his family. He hopes to remain free and live in obscurity with his wife, Helen. In his absence, however, Helen has fallen in love with his brother, Tim. The dilemma leads to a violent conclusion. This powerful play is down to earth and unique, including thought speeches, reminiscent of the style of O'Neil's Strange Interlude.
