Overview

Kelso and Mott, two ragged old men, huddle before the dim glow of a fire deep beneath the city and share the remains of a bottle of the finest New Jersey wine. Kelso believes the CIA is trying to kill him because he knows too much about their mind control program that has led to the murders of many prominent people, including Dorothy Kilgallen and Howdy Doody. Mott is obsessed with his earlier life among the Surrealists, when he recalls Maurice Chevalier eating a mouth organ and General Petain impersonating a musical urinal. Gradually, the apparently loony obsessions of these two lost souls start to converge, and we begin to suspect that something more sinister might be going on here.
