Overview

Tommy Atkins, Jr., a bright American youth, is determined that he can make real money if his father will lend him $250 to buy pigs that are sick, and then cure them at a profit. Mildred Gushing, his sweetheart, helps him raise the necessary funds by means of an original scheme. The amusing adventures of these young people form the backbone of one of the most lighthearted and popular plays that Broadway has seen in many a year. By dint of personality and hard work, the youngsters make a great success of their enterprise. A most amusing and clever comedy.
