Justin Warner is a playwright, lyricist, and freelance writer based in New York City. His plays have been produced in over 25 cities, including NYC, London, LA, DC, and San Francisco. He is a member of the BMI Musical Theater Workshop, and a winner of its Jerry Harrington Award for Outstanding Creative Achievement. His musicals have been produced, developed, or showcased at the Vital Children's Theatre, Raw Impressions, Musical Mondays, the Triad, the York Theatre, two BMI Master Classes, and the ASCAP/Disney Workshop with Stephen Schwartz. He is a Peabody Award winner, a Global Age Project winner, a Kennedy Center-ACTF winner, a Source Theatre 10-Minute Competition winner, a Princess Grace finalist, an O'Neill semi-finalist, a seven-time Heideman Award finalist. Mr. Warner also teaches playwriting in NYC schools, and was a founding member of Washington Improv Theater (WIT).
