The Simpleton of the Unexpected Isles

In a British tropical port an emigration officer and a young woman without a passport meet a native priestess and priest and then two tourists. The six decide to live together to conduct an experiment in eugenics. Four children are born. Twenty years later, an angel appears to announce Judgement Day stating only those that are socially useful will remain.
