Additional Info

Loopy Rye is the village idiot in Armitage, a small town in east Ohio, but he's quite a bit more as well. In this play the story of his encounter with Lavinia Plum, the troubled daughter of the local banker, in a cemetery one night, and the terrible consequences that follow, is unravelled. See also Nigro's Clytemnestra and New Year's Eve At The Flowers Boarding Hotel for related pieces of this puzzle. Part of the long cycle of Pendragon County plays.
