Additional Info

Based on the book by Nancy McArthur

Michael's closet has exploded! At least, that's what it looks like, with all the baseball cards, heaps of crumpled paper, clothes strewn about, and piles of smelly, dirty socks everywhere! It's the battle of the bedroom, as his younger brother (and roommate) Norman fights to keep his spotless territory from the invasion of Michael's mess. But that was before the appearance of their pet plants! Michael's pile of stinky socks disappears faster than you can say "My goodness, what an enormous plant," as Mom and Dad struggle to keep the bizarre botanical wonders under wraps...What would the neighbors think? A fun-filled musical, based on the popular book series, celebrating individuality, brothers working together, and the most disgusting plant food ever!

REVIEWS:

"FOUR STARS! Just as successful children's shows once spawned junior versions of themselves so, perhaps, are musical-theater favorites ready for their own era of kid-size knockoffs...Iconis can be proud of the bouncy pop tunes and clever rhymes he has devised for this occasion: It's a rock-'em–sock-'em little score!"

"Joe Iconis has created a musically exuberant score and playful lyrics that fit the story... this new "family rock" musical has silly charm to spare!" -Curtain Up, Read More
