Summary
When Andrea tries to buy a newspaper in New York's East Village, she is thrust into an emotional journey she will never forget. The newsstand vendor seems to know the most intimate secrets of her entire life. She even knows who her boyfriend is sleeping with and why. In this funny and touching play, two women are forced to confront who they are, who they were, and what it means to be a friend.

Freeze Tag premiered off-Broadway at The Working Theatre in New York City on June 7, 1989. Directed by Evan Handler, the production featured Lyn Greene and Julie Boyd.
