The Lion Who Roared is about a noisy lion who roars all night long and whose weary jungle neighbors yearn for a good night's sleep.  Lion is challenged to three contests by the Popalopalus -- a new "animal" that all the jungle animals join together to create.  This Popalopalus proves to be biggest, strongest and, most of all, loudest.  Lion must trade in his roar for a whisper.
