MARY - Pete's girlfriend. She's extremely skeptical about the whole idea and not very thrilled about her possible place in it.
DAN - Pete's long suffering friend and "secretary."
TERRY - tries to stay practical and logical amidst this obvious insanity.
JIM - he sees opportunity in their new church personal opportunity.
FRED - he has a very "object"-ive attitude about the church plus some ideas of his own on its outreaches.
RALPH - one of the members who thinks about food a lot and reaches out to others who think like him.
CHRIS - only motivation is to get home to do homework.
LESLIE - she wants to direct the choir.
ANN - she wants to direct the choir, too.
WALLY - he's a dirty, smelly bum Ralph brings in off the street (literally)
THE PASTOR - a voice unseen, but very wise and understanding.
FOUR "INTERVIEWERS" - four extras in the audience.
