Summary
Meet Charlie Henderson: the most down-and-out kid since Charlie Brown. Sixteen-year-old Charlie is having the worst day of his life. After he gets a failing report card, his girlfriend breaks up with him, and even his closest friend, a fish named Finny, won't listen to him anymore, Charlie decides to throw in the towel. Only how can he do it? Overdosing on gummy vitamins, choking himself with a jump rope - hysteria ensues as Charlie deals with his little sister's grade school issues, a friend who just won the lottery, and a Spanish speaking sex-line operator. Will someone come to Charlie's rescue or will he find his own way back into the world again?
