Summary

As Uruk is being invaded, a hero arrives who claims to be the legendary Gilgamesh. Religion and politics collide as a power struggle ensues. Love and politics become intertwined; the people cry out for a new leader. Biblical history, the pursuit of the secret of eternal life, war, examined through mythical storytelling - a surprisingly modern correlation emerges.
