Overview

A modern dramatic parable in which Ruth and Nick, two young lovers spend a night in his family's cabin in the woods, experiencing the first flush of passion, then disilusionment, but in the end are reconciled by mutual need. Premiered in Chicago and later at Joseph Papp's Public Theatre in New York.
