Tim Kelly
Mr. Starr lives out in the desert where he cares for dogs who have been mauled in the local "sport" of dog fighting. Fed up, he decides to exact revenge for the dogs. He captures two human participants in this gruesome spectacle and forces them to fight in front of the dogs.
