Overview

The scene is turn-of-the-century New York. A cat burglar who's none other than the beautiful daughter of the richest man in town has struck. When old Bulldog Purefoy, the respected sleuth on the case dies, the Keystone Kops turn to his good hearted but feckless son, Bob. His bumbling attempts to follow in his Dad's footsteps lead him to the "Cat" herself, falling head-over-heels in love. So he tries to reform her while she thwarts him at every turn. Will goodness and love triumph? Why, heavens yes! Songs include "She Touched Me," "Wild and Reckless," "Deep in Your Heart," and "Holmes and Watson."
