Overview

In this monologue Middleton tries to explain how difficult it is to deal with his wife Joanna, who, possibly because of the tragic and violent end of her first lover, Johnny DeFlores, can only become sexually aroused in situations where there is some danger involved. One of a series of nine short interrelated plays each of which may be done separately or in conjunction with any or all of the others in Pictures At An Exhibition.
