Ralph Manheim, Slawomir Mrozek, Teresa Dzieduscycka
The 'One and only prophet' turns out to be 'identical twins', as Mrozek gives a mirror reflection of man qua man and man in relation to that segment of life known as spirit which remains mysterious and absurdly unknowable to him. The 'prophets' are Mrozek's way of turning again to matters not so much of religion, or simply of a retelling of a so-labelled divine story, but a reinterpretation of man for man and the human condition.
