Gene Farmer
In the 16th episode of the third season of NBC comedy Sanford and Sons, Fred reveals a petty prejudice against his Puerto Rican neighbor by hiring a surveyor to mark his legal property line. Inevitably, Fred's efforts to ensure that his neighbor keep his stuff off the "Sanford Side," discovers that Julio is legally entitled to the biggest half of the property - so far as to split the Sanford living room right down the middle.
