Overview

Carolyn Parsky seems to lead a full life. She's delightful and outgoing. We meet her returning from a vacation. Anxious to share her experiences with Anita, her neighbor, Carolyn can't wait for her arrival. But that evening Anita announces she's become engaged. Carolyn seems overjoyed but is actually an emotional cripple - especially dependent on Anita. About to have the main crutch in her barren life removed, Carolyn becomes desperate and treacherous.
