Overview

"Ugly in This Ugly World" (from the 2017 musical Everybody's Talking About Jamie) is Jamie's response to a confrontation with his father who is ashamed of Jamie's love of drag and his sexuality. Jamie not only gets told his father disgusts him, but he also realizes his mother has been lying to him about his father.
