Overview

Good King Teo's habit of propounding new rules on his birthday becomes intolerable, and he is given severance pay and sent packing by his subjects.  Shortly after his departure, there is the birth of a child, surrounded by mysterious circumstances.  In need of a holiday to break the monotony, the people begin to celebrate Baby's birthday.  But Baby grows up, and proves too threatening for the people's comfort, and is disposed of, although his birthday continues to be celebrated.
