Overview

Racial tensions are high in a large midwestern city. A quiet residential neighborhood is transitioning from wite upper-class to Black middle class. Black man Booker T. Jackson and white man Henry T. Gibbs both desire the same thing, good neighbors, but they may not believe that the other could fulfill their desires.
