The Dark Room

Overview

It is the early summer of 1939 in a big industrial American city, and social worker Miss Morgan is unprepared for the extreme destitution she encounters on a call to the Pocciotti family flat. Only Miss Morgan's questions finally reveal that getting by has involved the willful neglect of a family burden hiding in "the dark room."
